Compassion Home Care has been built with care to serve the unique needs of Newfoundland & Labrador over the last 30 years. Begun by William and Sandra Noel in 1994, it has since passed to their son Dwain, who serves as our CEO with over 25 years experience in home care management and leadership.
Growing from a single office in Mount Pearl, we now offer services throughout the province. With 11 offices and hundreds of dedicated staff, we pride ourselves on keeping family at the forefront of home care and maintaining the highest professional standards.

We been an Accredited Home Care provider with the Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation (CCHSA) since 2006. With our last assessment in 2020, we went even further – achieving Accreditation with Commendation status, placing us in an elite tier of home care providers Canada-wide.
